Wen Hair Care Review

Wen Hair CareHave you heard of Wen Hair Care yet? If not, you will. Chaz Dean, the creator of Wen, started appearing on QVC a few years ago. His product, which is a cleansing conditioner (meaning you use it instead of shampoo) has become very popular and is receiving rave reviews.

Now, thanks to the popularity on QVC, Wen has a new infomercial selling a Wen Hair Care System.

So why all of the hype? Wen is a detergent free, non-lathering, shampoo alternative for cleaning the hair. Chaz Dean is a Hollywood hair stylist and he created the product to have a way to cleanse the hair without stripping the color.

Wen Hair CareTo use Wen, you wet your hair, apply the product & throughly distribute throughout your scalp and hair and let it remain for several minutes. After you rinse the product out, you add an additional bit as a leave in conditioner.

Wen comes in several different formulations for different hair types and issues. I have been using Wen for well over a year now. I have shoulder length straight, fairly thick, (self) color treated hair. I primarily use it as a leave in conditioner – which I always use. Occasionally I will go the “whole route” and use Wen to shampoo as well. The reason I don’t do it all the time is that it just seems so much more trouble. However, I really do love the look and feel after using the Wen completely and I have promised myself I will ise it more often.

I am fortunate in that I have very normal and healthy hair. I do not blow it dry & I do not use styling products of any kind on it – so it is healthy & shiny on its own with my Wen as a leave-in conditioner. If you have hair issues – dry, frizzy, flat, thin, damaged, curly – I think you will love Wen and what it can do for your hair. I would recommend you try it. If you have “normal” hair like me, I would recommend trying it as a leave in conditioner – it will last forever that way. I like it so much better than regular conditioners – I use it after I have gotten out of the shower & towel dried my hair.

Just a reminder, this is not a shampoo and it doesn’t lather – it make take a few tries to get the hang of it. If you have used Wen, please leave your Wen Review in the comments section!

Wen is available through the infomercial site Order the WEN® Healthy Hair Care System and receive FREE bonuses, through QVC – When ordering from QVC, make sure you are going through Mr. Rebates to receive a 3% rebate!, and, of course, eBay.

Wen is the answer to my prayers.. the last time I saw my hair dresser she said my hair seemed to be getting dryer each visit… You know how some products take several weeks even months to show results?.. Well brace yourself. From personal experience, with the very FIRST yes, the FIRST use of Wen my hair was softer, shinier, had movement, curl instead of frizz, felt and looked hydrated. The gorgeous packaging even matched my Zen bathroom. I’m hooked…… Thank u Chaz!
