Blue Mascara

Blue Mascara is wonderful to accentuate blue and brown eyes and make the whites of your eyes look whiter. Mascara that is dark blue will look black from a distance (it doesn't scream BLUE EYELASHES!), but will definitely enhance your eyes. I was amazed the first time I tried it.

Some fans say that blue looks less harsh than black on those with lighter coloring. If you are looking to enhance and brighten your eyes, stick with a dark blue. Only pick electric blue if you are going for a dramatic, funky look and you want people to notice your eyelashes, not your eyes.

Remember to coordinate the rest of your eye makeup with your mascara. When you choose mascara that is blue, I would recommend a similar shade eyeliner and pair it with a neutral eye shadow. Some people feel they do not need eyeliner when wearing colored mascara.
